Our Board of Directors oversees all the foundation’s efforts. The Board meets four times a year:

Determine mission and purpose that articulates the Organization’s goals,means,and primary constituents served.
Select the most qualified individual for the position chief executive.
Support and evaluate the chief executive.
Ensure effective planning.
Monitor, and strengthen programs and services.
Ensure adequate financial resources.
Protect assets and provide proper financial oversight.
Build a competent Board
Ensure legal and ethical integrity.
Enhance the Organization’s public standing
